The same mix as our Jalapeno Kielbasa Brats, stuff these into stick-size casings or your choice, smoke them till done per the directions on the package, and take them in your backpack for a treat anytime you want! This will also work very well with beef (or any other red meat wild game) and pork mixture OR can be done with 100% pork. See directions on bag.

Pro tip: Add high temperature cheese cubes just prior to stuffing (do not grind the cheese!)
